LADCO Construction
LADCO Construction brings over 50 years of combined industry experience to construction projects across NSW. Founded by Sam Chohilli, a builder with extensive experience delivering high-end retail projects for corporate clients, LADCO has grown to deliver projects across the retail, healthcare and commercial sectors. We provide in-house design and construct solutions and can also work with external architects and designers through a traditional tender process. Our experienced team is committed to delivering projects safely, efficiently, on budget and on time.

Sam Chohilli
Director & Senior Project Manager
Sam Chohilli commenced his journey in the early 80s in the construction industry as a young carpenter/builder. After completing his apprenticeship, he followed his interests in delivering high-end retail fit-outs across NSW as a project manager. Sam’s, project management journey commenced with him delivering projects for individual clients. Whilst building a reputation as a high-end construction firm, he started delivering projects for corporate enterprises. Sam continuously oversees the management of construction projects and the firm.
Leon Chohilli
Project Manager
Leon commenced working in the construction industry in 2013 whilst studying at High School. He graduated with his Bachelor of Construction Management in 2022 from Western Sydney University. Leon’s experience consists of on-site work in the construction industry whilst assisting in the delivery of projects. His experience encapsulates sitework, where he assisted in delivering many projects, including low rise apartment buildings, townhouses, duplexes, single dwellings and fit-outs around Sydney. Leon incorporates his vast knowledge of working with noteworthy builders and his university studies into all aspects of his work. Leon envisions developing LADCO into a leading building company in NSW. Leon provides a strong skill set in delivering our projects in the capacity of Project Manager.
Anoush Chohilli
Contract Administrator
Anoush started his construction career in 2014. In 2017, he started his Diploma of Business Administration and graduated within the same year. Shortly after, in 2018, he commenced his Bachelor of Construction Management at Western Sydney University and is currently nearing the completion of his degree. Anoush received a Dean’s Merit Award for his outstanding merit in his studies in 2021. Anoush’s experience involves all construction areas, including; on site work, contract formulation, scheduling and estimating. Anoush provides the link in our company between our site management duties and administrative duties in his role as Contract Administrator.
Daniel Chohilli
Junior Project Coordinator
Daniel has recently completed his Bachelor of Construction Management (Honours) at Western Sydney University. Daniel is a youthful and enthusiastic member who has a large passion for the construction industry. He has been assisting his father in the construction industry for several years, where he has been involved with all areas of work relating to a project. Daniel is a Junior Project Coordinator within our organisation, supporting the delivery and coordination of construction and fitout projects. He brings a strong understanding of the construction process and LADCO’s core operations to his role. Daniel is a bright young talent in the construction industry who brings a fresh perspective, enthusiasm and growing expertise to our organisation.
