Delivery Methods
Design Bid Build
A delivery method where we tender on your individual project plans by architects and interior designers. Our specialist team negotiates and tenders plans by recognised architects and interior designers.
Design Build
'We have our in-house architects and designers design your project whilst we input our technical knowledge and oversee the process which allows us to mitigate risks and costs and ensure the smoothness of delivery.
Lump Sum
This method of delivery is where a contractor is engaged to perform a scope of work at an agreed price. This is the preferred method of delivery for a project with a highly detailed scope of work.
Cost-Plus
A contractor sends each material or service at a costing rate and adds an agreed margin to cover overheads and profits. Allows for more flexibility to owners with the constant monitoring of costs and expenditures.
